Highly recommend. I have an older, low mileage Mercedes that is in very good condition, but developed an electrical problem that my regular mechanic could not resolve. The issue was significant - I could not safely use or sell the car; without resolution I would have to send it to the junk yard. I took the car to the local Mercedes dealer and they also could not fix the problem. Then I took it to Bennett Automotive and they attempted to resolve the problem. They believed they fixed the issue and I took the car home, but it turned out shortly thereafter that the problem was not resolved. It was a discouraging situation. Now the exceptional thing about Bennett automotive is that without my calling them, Matt, the owner of Bennett contacted me to check and see if the car was running fine. I told them the problem was not resolved, so he asked me to bring the car back for further evaluation. I took the car back to Bennett and they were finally able to diagnose and resolve the problem. It was expensive but it was much better than disposing of the car. Point being, Bennett's took the step to demonstrate they care about their customers. The regular mechanic that had been servicing the car for over fifteen years and the Mercedes dealer made no effort for follow up, but Bennett Automotive did so. And that makes all the difference to me. I will now be taking my vehicles to Bennett and highly recommend the same to others in need of automotive service. Thanks, Matt!

I had some issues with my high mileage F350/Diesel. Bennett's returned my call quickly. Had an appointment that week. Resolved the issue (and a few other minor issues) and returned my truck quickly. The office folks and mechanics are pleasant and professional. Highly recommend them!

Just had the best experience at Bennett auto. They repaired my car so quickly and it runs perfectly. They are so fair on pricing. I have always taken my BMW to the dealer and I've always had to wait a long time to get it back snd the cost was ridiculous. Such a relief to deal with a honest and reputable company.

I was having some issues with my truck. The check engine light was on for nearly a year showing multiple codes. I took it to three different shops, including Ford and they were all stumped by the various codes. I had one mechanic who, I've used for years, work on it multiple times and not be able to fix the issues I was having. Matt and his crew at Bennett Auto dove into it, diagnosed some problems, started fixing one thing then the next until they got to the major issue (bad fuel injectors). They were able to get my truck to stop making the awful pinging noise it had been making for several months and get it back to me in 3 days. As a General Contractor who requires my truck and tools in my truck for work the timeliness was extremely appreciated. I will continue to use Bennett Automotive moving forward and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good Mechanic. Thanks Matt and team.

needed a radiator box and called and drove around to several places finally called them and they actually took the time to look instead of just saying no and actually had one and the were nice enough to let me have it for free. when i picked it up the owner was very nice and actually asked if there was anything else i needed...also he was engaged in a discussion with other customers and to break away to deal me and was really cool about it. nice people and are obviously doing good professional business there

I would highly recommend Bennett Automotive to anybody I know, either for regular service, or any bigger jobs they may have. My family has been coming to this shop for 25+ years, and management under Joe and Matt over the last few years has not only maintained the same high level of service, quality of work, and straightforwardness, but has also added some nice modern convenience features like text/phone notifications, and a secured lockbox for after-hours pickups. Matt was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to help me when my car started throwing extra codes, even ordering and installing another part at no additional cost to fix a fault code. Bennett Automotive did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing an engine performance issue I was experiencing. My truck was rough idling, and had very low power when accelerating. I took it to two different shops, and they both were unable to fix the problem. I was getting frustrated after paying two diagnostic fees with no improvement. I decided to try one more time, and made an appointment at Bennett. They have a very reasonable diagnostic fee, and they were able to find the problem and fix it in just a few days. They were also very nice, and kept me advised of their progress. The overall experience was great, and I will be taking my families vehicles to them in the future for sure. Thank you Bennett Automotive for your outstanding service!

Greetings, I took my 2001 F250 V10 in for some AC work after it began to stop blowing cold and making a horrendous noise during a long road trip home from Arizona. Not good. Took the truck into Bennett and met with Joe who was quick to get me a preliminary diagnosis and an estimate. It was explained to me that until they get into the job, that they wouldn't know if I had done more damage to the AC system which would greatly increase the estimate. After leaving them the truck I received an update a few hours later with good news that the AC system was not damaged and only the compressor and a few other parts needed replacement. I felt this was honest work and these people are trustworthy in my opinion. I also met with Matt who was equally professional and genuine. The work was finished the next day and my AC blows quiet and freezing cold, like it did when it was new. I highly recommend giving them a chance.

I had driven to Thousand Oaks for work (140 miles from home) and unfortunately my vehicle broke down on me. Fortunately it was right next to Bennett Automotive. I had my 10 year old son with me and was honestly not very hopeful when I walked in about the possibility of it being fixed that same day. When I tell you they went above and beyond, I mean it with everything I am. While it was an exhausting and stressful situation, they were the absolutely amazing. Even my son said "I didn't know there was this nice of people around". I honestly wish I lived closer because they would definitely be my go to. So if you're looking for a good, honest, friendly and professional shop, this is absolutely the place. Used this company in past under different ownership and was very happy. I came back not knowing there was a new owner and team. Have to say I'm not the easiest customer because my expectations are high and I'm the type to ask a lot of questions (mostly from a point of having some hands on knowledge about auto repairs and things I've learned doing my homework -Google searches etc). These guys are totally busy with lots of things going on due to string customer demand but despite all of that they followed through on everything I asked, gave me answers to questions etc. I can say from experience in having them work on our Toyota Prius's brake system that they know what they are doing and they did it right the first time despite everything else they were dealing with. Great follow up to make sure the car was working ok not once but twice! Owner Matt was friendly and accessible. Anyone on his team seemed on the ball. Obviously there's always the chance something gets missed as we're all human but my takeaway is that these folks are experienced professionals and the business is highly organized and run well. Definitely coming back when the need arises. Thanks guys!

I've been coming to this shop for years just for stuff i dont feel like doing on my own. Matt will periodically reach out to check in, see how things are running. Matt reached out a few days ago and i actually did need a new alternator belt put on my 2010 toyota yaris, i told him money was tight and i didnt want to diagnose anything else (i know theres other things that need repairs) but Matt was very respectful and only quoted and charged me for rhe part i needed and labor. A lot of mechanics can be pushy with the repairing everything all at once and then you're out $2k. I appreciated the understanding and speedy service. 2 days later and my cars running great with the new alternator :) 10/10
